RAZR X Hybrids leverage Callaway’s new Zero Roll Design to help golfers hit higher and longer shots, even those shots struck low on the face. These inertia-driven clubs are highly playable and offer hot ball speeds with either standard or Tour models, so golfers can dial in ideal performance
  • Zero Roll Design: clubface with zero roll produces a higher launch angle on shots hit low on the face, increasing distance with softer landings.
  • Aggressive VFT Technology: precision shaping of the face thickness in each club increases the size of the sweet spot and generates hotter ball speeds for longer distance.
  • Standard RAZR X Hybrid models have an offset hosel to help square the clubface at impact while providing a look at address that boosts confidence. RAZR X Tour models have less offset to enhance workability.

This is part of what I wrote after 2 rounds of use: "I have never owned a hybrid before this. I have played just two rounds with them...I hit some absolutely great shots with them in the first 36 holes in use, including two long draws that reached the green at distances of 180-195 yards. I also hit the Diablo Edge Hybrid really well off the mat also and almost bought those to save a few bucks, but I went for the Razr because of the "rolled edge" and hope that helps with some forgiveness. I think I can learn to shape shots with them..." So, about 30 rounds later, I can honestly say that they two clubs (3&4) are my favorite clubs in the bag. Why? Because they have an incredibly solid feel, even for off-center hits, I can shape shots left and right, and they are longer than my old 4-iron and 7-wood. To me, I guess because of the offset, they naturally want to hit a draw. In fact, I have to guard against hooking the ball by being careful with my face alignment. The 4 hybrid is particularly useful for long par-3's and i use the 3-hybrid for getting out of trouble like punching out from trees and in lieu of a 5-wood when I want more accuracy and maybe 10-15 less yards. My friends are probably getting tired of me saying how much I love these hybrids, but I know they have been impressed with some of the approach shots I have hit with them. Long, high flight, landing soft. I recommend the Raz X Hyrbrid without reservations.

Found it difficult to get the ball up out of thick rough. Stock shaft isn't much to speak of. Nice things about it is the head is smaller than many other hybrids and, as such make workability a little easier. Overall though (and I hate to say this since I've had good success with the Razr fit driver and irons) this hybrid design is only average.

The big bertha fusion irons and hybrids are great cluds

By kuz

from Agawam, MA, USA

Comments about Callaway RAZR X Hybrid Graphite:

I have fusion irons with a razr x 4 hybrid and that's why I ordered a razr x 3 hybrid for my set because they are so easy to hit. I also bought a sandwedge a while back for my set and I am very happy with all of them.

Comments about Callaway RAZR X Hybrid Graphite:

I have owned the Razr X HL 4 & 5 Hybrids for the past 2 years. They are absolutely the best in all categories for my game & I've tried a lot of the newer releases & keep putting these back in my bag. Calaway did not make a 6 hybrid in this series, so I've been looking for a 6 in the Razr X. Just bought one & I'm not disappointed. Performs exactly as expected. Great! Pleasantly surprised as well, b/c it was rated average & looks excellent! These all may have been released a few years ago, but as far as I'm concerned, I'll look no further. Theses are all keepers!

I bought these 3 years ago and I'm back to hitting the 9 150 and the 3 225-250. These clubs are great once you figure out how to hit them

                It matches my 4 hybrid

                By Forget it

                from Undisclosed

Comments about Callaway RAZR X Hybrid Graphite:

This is not the most recent hybrid model, but having tried several more recent ones, I think this is better. The enamel finish on the newer hybrids wears out quickly, in contrast to metal finish on the base and face of this model. The newer hybrids are narrower and less forgiving, and don't seem to add any distance.

Comments about Callaway RAZR X Hybrid Graphite:

I ad already had a 4 hybrid RAZR X and loved the feel and distance I got from this club. I wanted a 3 hybrid to match with the 4 hybrid as I had a different manufacturer's club and didn't get the same results. I ordered the 4 hybrid while in Florida and received it in 2 business days and was able to use it the following week. I'm glad I made the purchase as I'm now getting the added distance and accuracy that I was missing
