Our jobs are physically active and often include frequent lifting up to 25 pounds, occasional carrying of up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, frequent use of hands, standing continuously, climbing stairs, reaching overhead, and using a cash register.

Cashier
Cashiers top priority is to ensure that every customer receives the best possible checkout experience. They ring up and tender complicated transactions efficiently while interacting with customers. Cashiers must be knowledgeable about all store programs and promotions, and follow all related operational processes. They must be able to identify and differentiate between various products. Cashiers must be able to address customer concerns and resolve them promptly to the customer's satisfaction.
Club Repair
Club Repair associates top priority is to ensure that every customer receives the best possible service experience. They work with our customers to make equipment modifications to improve their game and make recommendations based on the customer's goals. They also re-grip and repair damaged clubs as needed. Club Repair associates must be knowledgeable about all golf club programs and promotions, and assist customers wanting to purchase clubs and accessories.
Golf Instructor
Golf Instructor's top priority is to insure every customer receives the best possible learning experience. Golf Instructors are responsible for customer lessons, clinics, in-store events, club fitting, and club and accessory sales.
Receiving Associate
Receiving Associates are responsible for accurately receiving and shipping of all store merchandise and supplies. They check, unpack, and prepare merchandise to be taken out to the sales floor. The Receiving associate also receive store supplies, process damages, RTV's, and ensure all inventory management practices are followed.
Sales Associate
Sales associate's top priority is to ensure that every customer receives the best possible shopping experience. They are responsible for executing the creative vision and merchandising style of our company. They maximize sales by keeping their areas in stock, properly signed and merchandised, and following all operations processes.
Tennis Instructor
Tennis Instructor's top priority is to ensure every customer receives the best possible learning experience. They are responsible for customer lessons, clinics, in-store events, equipment sales, and racquet re-stringing.
Management
Management is responsible for all aspects of store operations and ensures that the PGA TOUR Superstore experience is provided to all customers. Management must have strong business acumen, a comprehensive knowledge of retail business, and to be able to use their knowledge to formulate goals and objectives. They must ensure service programs are consistently implemented and processes and procedures are executed. Management models the PGA TOUR Superstore core values of cultivating our customers and developing our associates.
