Q: Can I special order something I want that is not listed on your website?

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

Q: How do I know if my order has shipped?

Q: Can I apply an in-store credit to an online order?
A: Yes. In-store credit is issued in the form of a physical gift card. Credits can be applied on an online order just like a regular gift card during check out processing.
Q: What is your return policy?

Q: How do I return merchandise?

Q: What is an electronic gift card?
A: An electronic gift card works the same way as a physical gift card. It is emailed to the recipient and can be used both in our retail stores and online.

Q: Will you match the price of another retailer?

Q: During checkout I can't change the credit card expiration year on my ipad device, what can I do?
A: We have identified this problem with certain versions of IOS and are working towards a permanent fix to this issue. In the meantime, if you highlight the "Name on Card" text box, and then hit "Next" twice, that will bring up the "Year" drop down.
Q: What is the difference between a cadet and regular size golf glove?A: A cadet glove is a better fit for a person with wider palms and shorter fingers. If you have a lot of extra glove left at your fingertips, try a cadet size next time.
