In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, simply return it, in original condition within 30 days for a full refund.
FREE shipping on ALL returns of apparel, footwear, clubs and racquets purchased online. PGA TOUR Superstore will provide pre-authorized return shipping labels on these products.*
Damaged, Defective, or Shipping Error Return:
Product must be New and Unused.
Product must be returned in original packaging.
You must receive a Return Authorization (RA#) number by calling 888-200-7428 or sending an e-mail to customerservice@pgatoursuperstore.com.
Shipping charges will be credited to you if you contact us BEFORE you return the merchandise.
Product must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Performance Guarantee Return:
If you are not satisfied with your new equipment for any reason, return it within 30 days for 100% credit towards the purchase of similar equipment.
Please re-use original packaging material if possible. If original packaging material is unavailable, please use a sturdy carton and clear packaging tape. DO NOT USE duct or electrical tape when sealing your carton.

Return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Final determination of the credit amount will be made when the merchandise is received and reviewed by our Returns Department.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE CAREFULLY PACKAGED, USING ORIGINAL PACKAGING MATERIALS.
PLEASE INCLUDE ALL PARTS, HEADCOVERS, OWNERS MANUALS, etc. WITH YOUR RETURN.
REMOVE ALL OLD SHIPPING LABELS FROM YOUR CARTON.
