The company offers an Associate Discount program off regular and clearance merchandise at PGA TOUR Superstore. All active Associates are eligible for the program, including full-time, part-time and seasonal Associates.
PGA TOUR Superstore provides an education reimbursement benefit for those Associates that are actively pursuing membership with the PGA of America (PGA), Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) or the United States Racquet Stringers Association (USRSA). PGA TOUR Superstore will reimburse qualifying Associates for 100% of their education costs (some restrictions apply).
Our Matching Gift Program is designed to give all full-time Associates, seasonal full-time Associates, & regular part-time Associates an opportunity to increase their support of worthy charitable causes that reflect their personal interests. The company's 1-to-1 match doubles the impact of every dollar (up to $5,000) donated by an Associate.

When life’s unexpected moments occur, sometimes it takes support and assistance to help stay afloat. Designed as an Associate giving and helping fellow Associates fund, The Family Fund supports Associates unable to pay basic living expenses due to an unexpected life occurrence with assistance through our Grant program.
The Associate Referral program is an incentive designed to recognize the successful efforts of Associates who refer qualified candidates for employment here at PGA TOUR Superstore.
