Q: Can I special order something I want that is not listed on your website?

A: Yes. If you need something that you cannot find on PGATOURSuperstore.com please give us a call at 888-200-PGAT (7428) or send us an email at customerservice@pgatss.com and one of our dedicated customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.



Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

A: We strive to fulfill and ship every order as quickly as possible. Therefore, there is a limited amount of time in which an order can be cancelled. We are unable to make any changes to an order once it has been submitted.

 

Q: How do I know if my order has shipped?

A: You will receive an email confirmation with your FedEx tracking number and order details as soon as your order has shipped. Please retain this email for your records.

 

Q: Can I apply an in-store credit to an online order?

A: Yes. In-store credit is issued in the form of a physical gift card. Credits can be applied on an online order just like a regular gift card during check out processing. The same applies with a gift card issued or purchased online as those can be used in a store location.

 

Q: Can I place an order online and pick it up in your retail store instead of having it shipped?

A: We do have this option available for most of our products. There will be certain items not available for In Store Pick Up.



Q: How do I contact you if I have questions about my order?

Q: What is your return policy?

A: The PGA TOUR Superstore stands behind every item we sell. We are committed to having satisfied customers that love golf and tennis as much as we do. In the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with the product you purchased, simply return it within 30 days. If the item is still brand new, you will receive a refund back to the original form of payment.

 

Q: How do I return merchandise?

A: Merchandise purchased online can be returned by calling or emailing Customer Service to obtain a prepaid FedEx return label. Online purchases may also be returned in any of our retail store locations. At this time, merchandise purchased in a store location may not be returned online.

 

Q: Are items covered under a warranty?

A: All products are backed by manufacturer's warranties. If you have a problem during the manufacturer's warranty period, PGA TOUR Superstore will do everything we can to assist you with your particular situation. Please call or email customer service for more information.

Q: The price online and the in-store price are different. Which is correct?

A: Occasionally PGA TOUR Superstore will have promotions that may only apply to in-store or online offers. We make every effort to have consistent pricing on ALL products and will handle any discrepancy on a case-by-case basis. Please call Customer Service at 888-200-PGAT (7428) and speak to a representative.

 

Q: Will you match the price of another retailer?

A: PGA TOUR Superstore is committed to our guaranteed competitive prices. Our online store will gladly match any published price on any identical, in-stock item, as long as it does not violate any manufacturer pricing policies, only from the following competitors: Dick's Sporting Goods, Edwin Watt's, Golf Galaxy, Tennis Warehouse, TGW (The Golf Warehouse), and Worldwide Golf Shops.

 

Q: Price promotions, coupons and offers

A: Due to manufacturer restrictions, select new release and other specified products are excluded from price promotions. Select products and brands include, but are not limited to:

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

A: PGA TOUR Superstore accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover and PGA TOUR Superstore gift cards. We also offer Zip as a payment option.

 

Q: What is an electronic gift card?

A: An electronic gift card works the same way as a physical gift card. It is emailed to the recipient and can be used both in our retail stores and online. Please be advised it can take up to 24 hours from order placement for the gift card to be sent.

Q: When and how will my order ship?

A: We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Many of our locations also process and ship ground orders throughout the weekend. In order to cut down on transit times and provide a vast product assortment, we ship via FEDEX from various store locations across the country. If your item ships directly from the manufacturer, it may arrive via UPS or USPS as well. Even if your order is shipped in multiple packages, there will be no additional shipping charges incurred.

 

Q: What is the SmartPost shipping option?

A: FEDEX SmartPost utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery. This allows for a lower cost shipping option as well as ensures we are able to reach every US address, including PO Boxes.

Q: What are the free shipping exclusions?

A: Free Shipping applies to ground orders in the contiguous U.S. that qualify. Some manufacturer and category restrictions apply. Due to package size restrictions, some large items may have an oversize package handling charge applied. Not valid on international orders, custom clubs, physical gift cards, previous purchases, exchanges, or special orders. No substitutions or backorders.

Q: Can my order be delivered internationally?

A: Yes. Through our partnership with Borderfree, we are pleased to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers in over 100 countries. Q: Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?

A: No. When you use the international checkout, you will be provided with a guaranteed order total in your preferred currency. The order total presented will be the exact amount that you will be billed by Borderfree. There will never be any additional costs billed upon delivery or due as C.O.D. charges.

 

Q: What currencies does Borderfree support?

Q: I live in the United States. Can I use Borderfree to ship an order internationally but pay in US dollars (USD)?

A: Yes, Borderfree supports international gift-giving, in that you can receive a guaranteed order total for an order that is shipping internationally, but pay in USD using a US credit card. This also works if you're an American traveling or living abroad.

Q: How much does international shipping cost?

A: International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the desired shipping speed, the number of items you are purchasing, the weight of the items, and the destination country. International shipping will be calculated and guaranteed during the international checkout based on the items you are purchasing and your shipping destination.

 

Q: When am I billed?

A: Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree at the time your items leave the United States.

 

Q: How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

A: Duty (or customs tariffs) is set by the destination country customs authorities and is determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system adopted and used by the countries that Borderfree supports. Value Added Tax (VAT) rates are set by the destination country. You will be able to view the guaranteed total amount of applicable duty and tax/VAT for your order within the international checkout.

 

Q: Are there any items that cannot ship to my country because they are restricted?

A: If, for some reason, there are any items that cannot be exported from the United States or imported into your destination country selection, Borderfree will notify you during the checkout process.

Q: What will my credit card statement say?

A: Your credit card will be billed by Borderfree and your credit card statement will read "BF*PGATSS.com" where "BF" denotes the Borderfree network. Q: Can I purchase or redeem international gift cards?

A: Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for internationally-shipped orders.

 

Q: What is your return policy for international orders?

A: If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at customerservice@pgatoursuperstore.com or 888-200-7428 and we will provide you with further instructions on where returns should be shipped and the amount you will be refunded. Refund amounts for returned items will be credited to you by our partner Borderfree in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.

Q: Will my club come with an adjustment tool?

A: Most manufacturers no longer include an adjustment tool with their products.
