When and how will my order ship?

• We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Many of our locations also process and ship ground orders throughout the weekend. In order to cut down on transit times and provide a vast product assortment, we ship via FEDEX from various store locations across the country. If your item ships directly from the manufacturer, it may arrive via UPS or USPS as well. Even if your order is shipped in multiple packages, there will be no additional shipping charges incurred.

What is the SmartPost shipping option?

• FEDEX SmartPost utilizes the U.S. Postal Service for final delivery. This allows for a lower cost shipping option as well as ensures we are able to reach every US address, including PO Boxes.

What are the free shipping exclusions?
