When and how will my order ship?

• We ship Monday through Friday with the exception of holidays. Many of our locations also process and ship ground orders throughout the weekend. In order to cut down on transit times and provide a vast product assortment, we ship via FEDEX from various store locations across the country as well as many manufacturer partners. If your item ships directly from the manufacturer, it may arrive via UPS or USPS.

**Items that due to their large size or design, particularly simulators and arcade games, ship via truck freight or multiple boxes and will have additional shipping charges applied.

What are the free shipping exclusions?

• Free Shipping applies to ground orders in the contiguous U.S. that qualify. Some manufacturer and category restrictions apply. Due to package size restrictions, some large items may have an oversize package handling charge applied.
• Not valid on international orders, custom clubs, physical gift cards, previous purchases, exchanges, or special orders. No substitutions or backorders.
