Affirm lets eligible customers pay over time on eligible QuickBooks invoices. Your business receives payment upfront, minus transaction fees, while Affirm manages repayment. With Affirm, your customers can choose a payment plan that fits their budget. They’ll see the total cost upfront, with clear terms, no hidden fees, or late fees.

Approval happens in real time. Checking eligibility is quick and doesn’t impact their credit.

Buy now, pay later is available for transactions between $50 and $30,000, so it can support a wide range of services and project sizes.

You can make a one-time payment at affirm.com or in the Affirm app. Payments made through your Affirm account may take 3-5 business days to process depending on your financial institution and the payment method used.

If you selected a payment plan with monthly payments, your first payment is usually due one month after your plan is confirmed. Each following payment will be due one month later, on the same day of the month. Your plan may show as processing until the store is ready to ship your item. If you selected a payment plan with biweekly payments, your first payment may be due at checkout—this is a down payment.

You can’t change your payment due date. However, you can schedule a payment in the app or make automatic payments on a date of your choice on or before the due date when you turn on AutoPay.

Today, Affirm plans are not currently included in traditional FICO or VantageScore credit scores. However, lenders may still consider summaries of your BNPL usage and payment history when making credit decisions. On-time payments may help your access to credit, while reported missed payments may hurt it.

You can use Affirm to make a purchase at a partner store, in the Affirm app, or at affirm.com. We partner with select stores to offer plans at low or no interest, which you can search for in the Affirm app or at affirm.com.

If you're unsatisfied with your order, contact the store directly where you bought the item to process a return or cancel the order. The store will follow their policy on returns, cancelations, missing orders, and damaged or defective items. Affirm can’t cancel your plan or refund your order until we receive confirmation from the store.
