Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

PGA TOUR Superstore may, from time to time, use the following methods to collect Usage Information on the Services:

LOG INFORMATION

We may collect and review web log information to understand how you interact with the Services. The information gathered in this format may include your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, operating system, date and time stamps, and related data.

WEB BEACONS

Some of our Site’s web pages may use web beacons in conjunction with cookies to compile aggregate statistics about the Services usage. A web beacon is an electronic image (also referred to as an “action tag,” “single-pixel,” or “clear GIF”) that is commonly used to track the traffic patterns of users from one web page to another in order to maximize web traffic flow and to analyze the effectiveness of websites. Some web beacons may be unusable if you elect to reject their associated cookies.

COOKIES

PGA TOUR Superstore may use “cookies” to collect information about your visit to our Services and to manage information concerning your preferences. A “cookie” is a unique identifier that we transfer to your device to enable our systems to recognize your device and to provide you with features that enhance the user experience. Cookies do not collect your name or any other Personal Information about you. Tools available as part of most commercial browsers allow you to block new cookies from your device, instruct you on how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie and, in some instances, delete existing cookies. Because cookies are used to tailor the Services to your device, we recommend that you leave them turned on.

The following describes how we use different categories of cookies and similar technologies, and your options for managing the data collection settings of these technologies:

  • Essential Cookies: Essential cookies are necessary for basic website functionality. Some examples include: session cookies needed to transmit the website, authentication cookies, and security cookies. Without these essential cookies, the Services will not perform as smoothly for you as we would like them to and we may not be able to provide the Services or certain features you request. Examples of where these cookies are used include: to determine when you are signed in; to determine when your account has been inactive; and for other troubleshooting and security purposes. If you have chosen to identify yourself to us, we may place on your browser a cookie that allows us to uniquely identify you when you are logged into the Services and to process your online transactions and requests.br>
  • Analytics Cookies: Analytics cookies allow us to understand more about how many visitors we have to our Services, how many times they visit us and how many times a user viewed specific pages within our Services. Although analytics cookies allow us to gather specific information about the pages that you visit and whether you have visited our Services multiple times, we cannot use them to find out details such as your name or address. For example, we use Google Analytics (“Google Analytics”), a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. You can learn about Google’s privacy practices by going to https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Google Analytics uses cookies to help us analyze how our Services are used, including the number of visitors, the websites from which visitors have navigated to our Services, and the pages on our Services to which visitors navigate. This information is used by us to improve our Services. Google Analytics is also used to access and use information about your device location (such as based on IP address) so that our store finder feature may suggest appropriate store locations to you. We use Google Analytics with restrictions on how Google can process our data enabled. For information on Google’s Restricted Data Processing go to https://privacy.google.com/businesses/rdp/.
  • Advertising Cookies: Advertising cookies track activity across websites in order to understand a viewer’s interests, and to direct marketing to them.

We sometimes use cookies delivered by us or by third parties to show you ads for our products that we think may interest you on devices you use and to track the performance of our advertisements. For example, these cookies collect information such as which browser you used when visiting our Services.

PGA TOUR Superstore also contracts with third-party advertising networks that collect IP addresses and other information from web beacons on our websites, from emails and on third-party websites. Advertising networks follow your online activities over time and across different websites or other online services by collecting device and usage data through automated means, including through the use of cookies. These technologies may recognize you across the different devices you use. When we work with third party advertising networks, we require them to restrict their data processing to only what is necessary to provide us with the advertising services we request.

Depending upon your location and applicable laws, we may give you the option of adjusting your preferences with regard to the categories of cookies we use. When this option is available, you can configure your personal settings on our “Cookies Banner” under “Settings” or via other options that may be available on the relevant Services. If you use a different device to access the same Services, you may need to manage your settings for each separate device. Cookies may generally be disabled or removed by tools available as part of most commercial browsers, and in some instances blocked in the future by selecting certain settings. Browsers offer different functionalities and options, so you may need to set them separately. Please be aware that if you disable or remove these technologies, some parts of the Services may not function as they ordinarily would.

COMMERCIALLY RECOGNIZED OPT-OUT SIGNAL (GLOBAL PRIVACY CONTROLS, DO NOT TRACK)

PGA TOUR Superstore generally recognizes commercially recognized opt-out preference signals (e.g., Global Privacy Controls, Do Not Track). Recognition of this signal applies only to the specific device and/or browser that communicates the signal and does not apply to other devices/browsers you use to access our Services.

Third-Party Content

The Services include functionality that allows certain kinds of interactions with a website, platform, tool, application, or other service that is not owned or operated by PGA TOUR Superstore (“Third-Party Services”). For example, we provide interfaces or links on the Services to facilitate your sending a communication from the Services (e.g., tweets, “likes,” content submissions, or other postings on social media platforms). However, such linking does not mean, and should not be interpreted to mean, that PGA TOUR Superstore endorses, is affiliated with or makes any representations concerning such third-party websites. PGA TOUR Superstore neither reviews, controls, nor is responsible for these third-party sites or any content therein. By using such links, you will leave the Services. Please note that any Personal Information that you provide to such third parties will be governed by their privacy policies, and we have no control over or responsibility for their privacy practices. If you decide to access any of the third-party sites linked to the Services, you do so entirely at your own risk. PGA TOUR Superstore shall not be liable for any consequences arising from use of any third-party websites to which the Services link. Unless otherwise indicated, this Privacy Policy does not apply to Third-Party Services. We encourage you to review the applicable third-party privacy policies or notices to understand how they collect, use, or disclose your Personal Information. PGA TOUR Superstore is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of linked websites that it does not control.

If you choose to use any Third-Party Services to enhance your use of the Services, the providers of those Third-Party Services may send Personal Information about you to PGA TOUR Superstore. To the extent that we combine such third-party sourced information, we will treat that as Personal Information under the Policy. If we discontinue use of any Third-Party Services, you consent that we may nevertheless retain any Personal Information, and other information or data that we may have already received in connection with this Policy.

Children's Online Privacy Protection

The Services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and PGA TOUR Superstore does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 13 through the Services. If we learn that we have received Personal Information from a child under the age of 13 through our Services, we will exercise commercially reasonable efforts to delete the information in accordance with applicable law.

Depending on the purposes of the processing, you may have the right to have incomplete Personal Information completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
  • Deletion (Right to be Forgotten) : You have the right to request that we delete your Personal Information. If required by law, we will grant your request to delete information. However, when we delete Personal Information it will be removed from our active database, but it may remain in archives where it is not practical or possible to delete it. • Data Portability: In certain circumstances, you have the right to request that we provide the Personal Information which you provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; and you have the right to transmit such Personal Information to another entity.
  • Consent Withdrawal: Where our processing is based on your consent, you have the right to withdraw such consent at any time; however, you may not be able to use the Services or feature for which you are withdrawing your consent. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal.
  • Opt-Out of the “Sale” or “Sharing” of Personal Information: Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to opt-out of the “sale”/”sharing” of their Personal Information. Making Personal Information (such as online/device identifiers, browsing activity, or geolocation) available to social media platforms and ad networks to deliver interest-based ads to you may be a “sharing” under California law (in this context “sharing” means cross contextual behavioral advertising). To opt-out of the “sharing” of your Personal Information as just described, please click here.
  • Restriction of Processing: You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your Personal Information in certain cases. Where applicable, the respective Personal Information will be marked accordingly and may only be processed by us for certain purposes.

However, we may charge a different price or rate, or offer a different level or quality of good or service, to the extent that doing so is reasonably related to the value of the applicable data. In addition, we may offer you financial incentives for the collection, sale, retention and use of your PI as permitted by the CPRA that can, without limitation, result in reasonably different prices, rates, or quality levels. The material aspects of any financial incentive will be explained and described in its program terms. Please note that participating in incentive programs is entirely optional and you can opt-out of each program (i.e., terminate participation and forgo the ongoing incentives) prospectively by following the instructions in the applicable program description and terms.
  • Right to Opt Out of our Use of your Sensitive Personal Information (in certain instances and if permissible under applicable law): We do not currently use or disclose Sensitive Personal Information for purposes other than those which cannot be limited under applicable law.
  • Promotional Emails: You may choose to provide us with your email address for the purpose of allowing us to send free newsletters, surveys, offers, and other promotional materials to you, as well as targeted offers from third parties. You can stop receiving promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in emails that you receive or by filling out our webform here. If you decide not to receive promotional emails, we may still send you service-related communications. Please note that if you elect to opt-out of PGA TOUR Superstore communications, you may also be opting-out of receiving promotional communications from our affiliates. However, even if you opt-out of receiving promotional communications, PGA TOUR Superstore may, subject to applicable law, continue to send you non-promotional communications, such as those about your account, transactions, servicing, or PGA TOUR Superstore’s ongoing business relations. Your opt-out preferences are limited to the e-mail address or phone number used and will not affect subsequent subscriptions.
  • Promotional Mailings: If at any time you do not want to receive offers and/or circulars from us, you can remove yourself from our mailing lists by emailing us (our contact information is below) with “NO SNAIL MAIL” in the subject line, along with your name, address and zip code. • Promotional Text Messages: If you receive a text message from us that contains promotional information you can opt-out of receiving future text messages by replying “STOP.”

Please note that many of the above rights are subject to exceptions and limitations. Your rights and our responses will vary based on the circumstances of the request. If you choose to assert any of these rights under applicable laws, we will respond within the time period prescribed by applicable law. In some cases, we may limit or deny your requests to access or delete your information. This may occur because the law permits or requires us to do so, or if we are unable to adequately verify your identity. If we are not able to provide the requested information or make the change you requested, you will be provided with the reasons for such decisions. Under local law, you may be entitled to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. PGA TOUR Superstore may require use of your Personal Information to provide access to the Services. Therefore, when you exercise your deletion right, in particular, you may lose access to certain aspects of the Services that require your Personal Information.

PGA TOUR Superstore may sell Personal Information to third parties if those third parties are authorized business partners with whom we have a contractual arrangement that addresses any sales of Personal Information. If you would like to opt-out of the sale of your Personal Information, please call us at 1-888-200-7428 or fill out our webform here.

If you are a California resident, in addition to the rights set forth above, you have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of your Personal Information with third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. California law provides that you have the right to submit a request to us on the designated webform and receive the following information:

  • The categories of information we disclosed to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes during the preceding calendar year;
  • The names and addresses of third parties that received such information, and
  • If the nature of a third party's business cannot be reasonably determined from the third party's name, examples of the products or services marketed.

You are entitled to receive a copy of this information in a standardized format and the information will not be specific to you individually. Our designated webform can be found here. You may also call us at 1-888-200-7428.

If you are a California resident, a person authorized to act on your behalf may make a verifiable request related to your Personal Information. If you designate an authorized person to submit requests to exercise certain privacy rights on your behalf, we will require verification that you provided the authorized agent permission to make a request on your behalf. After you make your request, we will use the information we have about you to verify your identity (and if applicable, your authorized agent’s identity). Our verification process may include a request for additional information to confirm your identity or your authorized agent’s identity (such as your name, email address and date of birth) or to obtain proof that you have given your authorized agent permission to act on your behalf. If our verification process is successful, we will respond to your request within the time and in the manner required by applicable law. If we cannot validate the identity of you and/or your authorized agent or obtain proof that you have given your authorized agent permission to act on your behalf, we will attempt to contact you to inform you.

If you designate an authorized agent to submit requests to exercise certain privacy rights on your behalf, we will require verification that you provided the authorized agent permission to make a request on your behalf. You must provide us with a copy of the signed permission you have given to the authorized agent to submit the request on your behalf and verify your own identity directly with us.

In any circumstances, your request must: (i) provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify that you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative of that person; and (ii) describe the request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Your rights and our responses will vary based on your state or country of residency. Please note that you may be located in a jurisdiction where we are not obligated to fulfill a request. In such a case, your request may not be fulfilled. However, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, unduly burdensome, risk the privacy of others, or would be very impractical to honor. Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority.

To submit a request to exercise any such rights (if they apply to you), please use the contact information provided for in the “Contact Us” section of this Privacy Statement.
