PGA TOUR Superstore – Buckhead Tech Series

OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. Sponsor and Location

The Buckhead Tech Series (the “Contest”) is sponsored by PGA TOUR Superstore, LLC (“Sponsor”).

The Contest is conducted exclusively at:

PGA TOUR Superstore – Buckhead

Atlanta, GA 30305

Participation is valid only at this location.

2. Promotion Period

The Contest consists of four (4) separate weekly skill-based competitions (each a “Weekly Contest”) conducted during the following periods:

• Week 1: March 16, 2026 – March 22, 2026
• Week 2: March 23, 2026 – March 29, 2026
• Week 3: March 30, 2026 – April 5, 2026
• Week 4: April 6, 2026 – April 12, 2026

Each Weekly Contest begins at store opening on Monday and ends at Close of Business (“COB”) Sunday of that respective week. The leaderboard resets at the start of each new Weekly Contest.

3. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry.

Participation must occur in person at the Buckhead location listed above.

Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family or household members are not eligible.

Void outside the designated location and where prohibited by law.

4. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is required to enter or win.

5. How to Enter

During each Weekly Contest period:

1. Visit the Buckhead store.
2. Complete required email registration at the designated contest entry point.
3. Log in to a valid TrackMan account on the simulator to participate. If you do not have a TrackMan account, you may create one for free online at:

5. or by downloading the TrackMan Golf App from your device’s app store.
6. Participate in the in-store Closest-to-the-Pin simulator contest.
7. Each participant will receive three (3) simulator shots per entry.

Entry Limits

• Limit one (1) entry per person per day during each Weekly Contest.
• A “day” is defined as store open to store close on a given calendar date.
• Participants may enter once per day, per week.
• Participants may compete in multiple Weekly Contests but may win only one (1) prize during the entire Promotion Period.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who attempts to exceed stated entry limits, fails to log in to a valid TrackMan account, or provides false registration information.

6. Contest Format (Skill-Based Competition)

This Contest is a game of skill.

Participants will hit three (3) shots on a designated simulator hole selected by Sponsor. Distance from the pin will be electronically measured by simulator technology and verified through the participant’s TrackMan session.

The participant whose verified shot lands closest to the pin during the applicable Weekly Contest will be deemed the potential winner for that week.

Tie-Breaker

In the event of a tie:

1. The participant with the next closest shot (second-best of their three attempts) will prevail.
2. If still tied, Sponsor may conduct a sudden-death playoff at a time determined by Sponsor.

All simulator readings, leaderboard determinations, and rulings are final and binding.

7. Weekly Prizes

One (1) prize will be awarded per Weekly Contest:

• Week 1: Uneekor Eye Mini Lite – ARV: $2,749
• Week 2: Full Swing KIT – ARV: $4,999
• Week 3: SkyTrak ST MAX – ARV: $6,495
• Week 4: Foresight Sports GC3 – ARV: $6,999

Total ARV of all prizes: $21,242.

Prizes are non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and subject to availability. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.

Limit one (1) prize per person during the Promotion Period.

Prize Contingency: Prize fulfillment is contingent on verification of eligibility, valid TrackMan account, and receipt of all required documentation.

8. Winner Determination & Notification

Potential winners will be identified at Close of Business each Sunday during the Promotion Period.

Winners will be announced the following Monday and contacted via the email provided at registration.

Winners must respond within seventy-two (72) hours or may be disqualified and the prize awarded to the next eligible participant.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility prior to awarding any prize.

9. Taxes and Required Documentation

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winners acknowledge that the fair market value of the prize may be taxable income and agree to report it to the IRS and other applicable authorities. Winners should consult their tax advisor to understand the tax implications of accepting a prize.

For tax year 2026, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC (or other required information return) to any winner whose total prize value equals or exceeds $2,000, in accordance with applicable federal reporting requirements. Winners meeting the reporting threshold must complete and return a completed IRS Form W-9 (or other applicable tax form) prior to prize fulfillment.

Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prize fulfillment pending receipt of required tax documentation.

10. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

• Technical failures of simulator equipment
• Incomplete or misdirected registrations
• Injury or damage occurring during participation
• Any events beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the Contest.

Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

13. Governing Law

The Contest is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Georgia courts.
