Step 1: Buy Online, Select StoreOn the product page for your selected item, click “search stores” to find and select a nearby store with the product.
Step 2: Wait for NotificationAfter your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming it’s ready to be picked up.
Step 3: Drive UpWhen you get to the store, call the number in your pick up ready notification email and provide your order number. We’ll meet you outside.
Terms & ConditionsOnce your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email indicating your order is ready to be picked up. Please note that inventory for in-store/curbside pick up availability varies by store. If you have multiple items in your cart, and one or more of those items cannot be filled at your selected store, you will have the ability to have those items shipped to a desired location.

Drop-Off Club Repair Services (Limited Market Availability)

We are pleased to introduce our new Drop-Off Club Repair services to our customers. This offering is an extension of our Curbside Caddie program, which conveniently fulfills online orders via contactless pick up at your local store.
Rest assured, these services will be accompanied with the highest level of safety and cleanliness we can offer, including:
- Designated drop-off area in our parking lot
- Full sanitization of clubs upon receipt
- Work performed by Associate following CDC guidelines for safe handling
- Full sanitization of clubs upon work completion
- And Curbside delivery to backseat or trunk of your vehicle
How to utilize the Drop-Off Club Repair service:
- Browse our selection of available grips and shafts
- Confirm your selection is available at your preferred store
- Head to your preferred store location, when you arrive, call the store phone number and mention you are on-site for club repair services
Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store
Use Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store to purchase items on the website and pick them up at a convenient store location near you. Save time in-store - we will have your order ready for you! Save time and money on shipping! Most orders will be ready for pick up within four (4) hours of the time the order was placed online. Specific items may take slightly longer due to inventory and/or availability. Orders placed outside of business hours may require additional processing time. Also, please consider store hours when selecting In-Store Pick Up. You will be charged only after your order has been picked up at the store.
If you want to cancel or remove items from your order, please contact Customer Service. Failure to pick up your Buy Online Pick Up in Store purchase three (3) days after receiving your Ready for Pick Up email will result in cancellation.
How to Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store
1. On the Product Detail Page, select "Pick Up In-Store" option on the item you wish to purchase.
2. Select the store location to pick up your item and proceed through secure checkout.
3. You will receive an order confirmation email but please do not go straight to the store.
4. When your order is ready, you will receive an In-Store Pick Up Notification email.
When you arrive at the store, stop by the In-Store Pick Up desk for assistance with order pickup. Store pickup is valid only at the specific store selected by customer when placing order, during store's normal operating hours and only for orders confirmed via In-Store Order Pickup Notification email.

To return any item(s), simply bring your order receipt with you to any PGA TOUR Superstore store location.
