Grand Opening Giveaway Rules

Grand Openings are special at PGA TOUR Superstore – not just because we are opening our doors, but because it’s our first opportunity to become part of the local community. We’re thrilled to be here and excited to celebrate with you.

To tee off our new store in style, we’re giving away thousands of dollars in merchandise, including clubs, apparel, golf gear, and more! It’s our way of saying thank you and welcome.

Once inside, you’ll find the widest selection of equipment and apparel, along with hands-on experiences for you to enjoy. Whether you’re swinging in a simulator, getting custom fit, or browsing the latest gear, there’s something here for everyone.

Below are a few rules you need to know for how the line and the giveaways work.

The Line

  • Participants must form a line outside the front doors of the building.
  • The line can start at any time/day in the lead up to the Grand Opening.
  • Participants must remain on-site and in line to maintain their position.
  • 20 minutes for small restroom and personal breaks are permitted. Please confirm your place with others in line before stepping away. PGA TOUR Superstore bathroom facilities are not available.
  • Even if no one else is in line, extended breaks beyond 20 minutes are not permitted. For example, going out to eat or hanging out / sleeping in your vehicle.
  • Your place cannot be “held” in line by someone unless you are taking a personal/restroom break.
  • Tents, chairs and other reasonable accommodations are acceptable to use for those staying overnight in line.
  • Plan accordingly for weather conditions. Please exhibit should the weather be unfavorable.
  • A security guard will be on-site throughout the night to ensure the safety of those in line.
  • Before we begin to award the giveaways, we will give notice and allow time for personal belongings to be placed in cars, without penalty for a lost spot in line. 

Giveaways

  • Giveaways will be awarded on a first-in-line basis. The giveaways will go in sequential order down the line.
  • Each person will be presented with a list of Giveaway options to choose from. No more than one (1) giveaway per person. 
  • The item must be redeemed on the day of the Grand Opening event
  • Once all items have been selected from the board, we will end the giveaway process.
  • There will be a designated area where your giveaway item may be redeemed inside the store. Once inside, ask a store Associate where giveaway prizes can be picked up. 
  • Exchanges cannot be made on the day of the Grand Opening. If you need to make an exchange, please bring the item back starting the Monday following the Grand Opening. Items can be exchanged or returned for store credit.
  • If you select any club item, you may come back at a later date to be custom fit for the club. We will exchange the items for the new clubs that fit your specs.
  • Once selected, your item cannot be swapped for another item in the store on the day of the Grand Opening.
  • We welcome everyone who chooses to join us for our Grand Opening event! Should you choose to attend multiple events in a single calendar year, you will be limited to (1) prize per year at the highest product value listed.
