Grant Horvat TaylorMade Qi35 Sweepstakes 

OFFICIAL RULES 

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. 

1. Eligibility 

The Grant Horvat TaylorMade Qi35 Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who have reached the legal age of majority in their state of residence at the time of entry (18 in most states; 19 in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 in Mississippi). Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Golf & Tennis Pro Shop, Inc. (“Sponsor”), its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion/fulfillment agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) or those living in the same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. 

2. Sweepstakes Period 

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 30, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 30, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). 

3. How to Enter 

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes: 

A. Online via QR Code: 

During the Sweepstakes Period, watch the Grant Horvat and Collin Morikawa Breaking 50 match video or Skylar Surprise Qi35 Fitting video on Grant Horvat’s YouTube channel at http://youtube.com/@GrantHorvatGolfs. A QR code will appear in the video. Scan the code to be directed to http://PGATOURSuperstore.com/TaylorMadeSweepstakes, then follow the instructions to complete and submit the official entry form. 

B. Online via Direct URL: 

Entrants may also enter directly by visiting http://PGATOURSuperstore.com/TaylorMadeSweepstakes and completing the entry form provided. No QR code is necessary to access the entry form through this method. 

Limit one (1) entry per person/email address for the entire Sweepstakes Period, regardless of entry method. Duplicate entries or entries that do not comply with these rules will be void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry. 

4. Winner Selection 

On or about August 31st, 2025, four (4) potential winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. 

5. Winner Notification 

Potential winners will be contacted by email and/or phone using the information provided at entry. Each winner may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where permitted, a Publicity Release within two (2) business days of notification. Sponsor may require a completed IRS Form W-9 prior to prize award. Failure to respond or return required documents may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. 

6. Prizes (4 Total) 

Each winner will receive one (1) TaylorMade Qi35 Driver (core model only). Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) per prize: $599.99. 

Total ARV of all prizes: $2,399.96. 

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value. 

7. General Conditions 

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, damaged, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures that impact participation. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may disqualify any individual attempting to tamper with the entry process or violate these rules. 

8. Disputes/Choice of Law 

By entering, entrants agree that: (i) disputes will be governed by Georgia law without regard to its conflict of laws principles; (ii) disputes will be resolved individually without class action and exclusively in state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia; (iii) claims are limited to actual out-of-pocket expenses; and (iv) punitive, consequential, or other damages are waived. 

9. Privacy 

Entrants’ personal information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at: https://www.pgatoursuperstore.com/privacy-policy.html. 

10. Winner’s Name 

For the name of the confirmed winners (available after August 31, 2025), send a self-addressed, stamped envelope by September 30, 2025, to:
